Upon request a cataloged quality assurance manual will be issued. The manual outlines and explains our procedures, vendor surveys and control, lists an organization chart,
inspection procedures, and all internal procedures to assure our customers quality parts. |

| Employees at Express have attended classes on the ISO quality assurance program, also many other fastener association classes and will continue to attend any classes regarding quality,
